"This is my second purchase and I wanted…"
This is my second purchase and I wanted to see if I could find something lovely that suits me. The navy jumpsuit arrived and it was too small. I had to write a few times to get the label sent to me to return the item. It has been returned over a month now and I'm waiting on a refund. 158 euros. The last time, they didnt refund me for a belt - which I had returned. I find this service very unresponsive. Please can I get my refund please. Thanks, Siobhan

"Unresponsive, Poor customer service"
Dreadful customer service. My delivery is late and after being sent a standard 'holding' email my further emails and watssaps have been ignored. I have explained to Sezanne that this order is needed for my daughter's wedding next week but it seems there is no customer care. They are using Evri to courier my order, which inevitably, from my recent experiences means my parcel is likely to not arrive. I am at a loss as to what to do next, trying to get answers from an unresponsive Sezanne! At this moment I don't recommend using their online ordering service, as it's ok when things go right, but the moment you need some customer support they appear to be uninterested. (My order is valued at over £1000 and I am naturally concerned to know that it will arrive safely!)

The returns system from Ireland used to be efficient when the returns label was in the box with the item. Also several returns labels i have requested are not accepted at the drop off points so spend days back and forth trying to get the correct label

"Love you Sezane"
I've been a loyal customer of Sezane for about 2 years now, and I find myself purchasing their items every month. Throughout my time shopping with them, I've had very few issues. Their delivery and returns process is quick and efficient. Out of the 100+ orders I've placed, I only encountered a couple of minor hiccups. Once, they accidentally sent me an empty jewelry box, but they promptly replaced it without any hassle. Another time, a package went missing due to a poor shipping company, but Sezane immediately refunded me and wisely decided to switch to a different shipping provider.

What sets Sezane apart is their thoughtful gestures. They occasionally include small gifts in my orders, which makes me feel genuinely valued as a customer. I've never had this level of personalized care from any other brand. I've tried purchasing from other well-known brands like Rouje, Reformation, Ba&sh, Maje, and Sandro, but none of them offer the same value that Sezane does. These other brands often have exorbitant prices paired with poor-quality products or lack innovation and creativity. In contrast, Sezane exudes vibrancy and puts love and heart into everything they do, which is a rarity in this fast-paced industry.

Overall, Sezane has won my loyalty by consistently delivering exceptional experiences and quality products. I truly appreciate their commitment to their customers.

"I love Sézane"
I love Sézane, very good quality, design and prints. It is different from what you see on the high street. Would love to have physical stores in Spain, Barcelona and Madrid.

This company gives you a feeling off luxury, they will take care off you and makes you feel important. Never ever i had a feeling when shopping.
That makes Sézane very special.

What i also love. They do so much for charity! That makes them special in my book!!

I appreciate this company since a very long time. The style varies from year to year but there’s always something which suits me. The customer service is extremely friendly and helpful. I got nearly no issues with my returns. Just once but the customer service helped swiftly.

And they always do something for charity, which I appreciate very much!

"Do not deal with this company"
Do not deal with this company, my order was lost by Evri, requested a replacement or refund from Sezane but have received neither. They owe me £118 and they just don’t care.

"Second order, still impressed!"
My second order from Sezane and I remain a big fan. I ordered the Barry cardigan in the most gorgeous shade of blue. It arrived so quickly from France to Sydney (faster than many packages sent from within Australia!) and was beautifully packed and presented. A high quality garment that I will be able to wear for years. Always a pleasure to purchase from Sezane.

"Problem solved"
I tried to return my order with a label that was included in the package. Unfortunately it's not suitable for Lithuanian DPD. I called DPD and they said it should be with numbers not letters. I emailed Sézane. They have send me the new label. Actually it looked the same as the old one.
I don’t know if the new label worked but I have been scanning this label (I was returning it at self checkout) and at first I was not working but finally it worked!
Maybe it was DPD problem. This self check out station keeps scanning the wrong code and it shows error but after multiple time trying to cover different barcodes it finally work! Thank you Sezane for response on Saturday! Really appreciate it.

"High value order lost. No refund."
High value order lost. No response to emails. Appalling service. No goods received, emails ignored and no refund issued. I was a regular customer. I’m shocked at the entire absence of response. Beautiful clothes but you risk losing your money and not receiving the goods.
